russia killed 4 State Emergency Service rescuers and a civil protection specialist in Kharkiv. Emergency responders came under a repeated strike while dealing with the aftermath of a russian attack on the city. At least 9 people were injured. russia continues to deliberately target those who save lives and assist civilians in the wake of attacks.
