Louisiana man David Danserau was arrested June 9 and booked on 500 counts of felony Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material depicting kids under age 13 and 50 counts of felony Sexual Abuse of an Animal. ICE HSI New Orleans, in coordination with the 22nd Judicial District Special Victims Unit Task Force and local law enforcement partners, arrested Danserau after a disturbing cyber tip led to discovering extensive child sexual abuse material and evidence of sexual abuse to an animal. HSI’s extensive experience with child exploitation cases made it uniquely qualified to provide forensic supoort in the ongoing investigation.
