The U.S. Chamber of Commerce brought over 70 business partners to Capitol Hill this week to meet with more than 60 congressional offices in support of a stronger U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement. The numbers speak for themselves: š¹ 13 million American jobs supported by U.S.-Canada-Mexico trade š¹ $700/year in average savings for American families š¹ 500+ business & agricultural organizations already on record in support The ask to Congress was clear: maintain the framework, press for full compliance, and deliver the certainty that businesses need to invest, hire, and grow. As Neil Herrington, SVP of the U.S. Chamber's Americas Program, put it: "The certainty of an extension will help grow that number [of jobs] in the future." The U.S. Chamber will remain at the table as a constructive partner until the job is done. Read more about our day on Capitol Hill: https://lnkd.in/eaSbDprj
