Who says you have to compromise? 🤔 For years, the GNSS industry has accepted a simple trade-off: battery life or positioning performance.🔋🎯 The u-blox F11 platform changes that. For the first time, we've combined intelligent L1 and L1/L5 operation in a single ultra-low-power chip. With Selective L5, the GNSS receiver activates the L5 band only when needed to maintain reliable meter-level positioning, optimizing the balance between performance and power consumption. LEAP mode takes efficiency even further. Operating exclusively on the L1 band, it reduces power consumption by up to 50% while maintaining excellent positioning performance. Today marks the arrival of the first F11 products, including the UBX-F11270-KB and UBX-F11170-CC GNSS chips and the EVK-F112 evaluation kit. In addition, we are introducing the new M11 sub-family with the MAX-M11N module and UBX-M11070-KB chip, offering an efficient L1-only solution for applications where single-band GNSS is the preferred choice.
