And truthfully, I’ve been reflecting deeply on how to put into words what’s been an energizing and transformational experience here at #PNC. Recently, I had the distinct honor of hosting our Head of Retail Banking, Alexander Overstrom, for a visit. It’s not every day you get to engage directly with a leader of such caliber, someone who blends sharp business acumen with a deep, genuine commitment to employees and customers alike. Alexander Overstrom your visit wasn’t just inspiring—it was catalytic. You didn’t just speak; you listened. We strategized, you engaged with our team and our customers, and you left behind a wave of renewed energy and purpose. Your leadership isn’t just seen, it’s felt. Thank you for carrying the vision and for sharing that experience with us. My team and I are more motivated than ever to make a meaningful impact in our community.
