This semester I took Mediation with Professor Pari Karim, and one of our assignments was to interview an attorney experienced in mediation advocacy. I had the opportunity to speak with Kimberly A. Cook about her experiences, both as an advocate in mediation and as a certified mediator herself. It was a great conversation about the realities of dispute resolution outside the courtroom. I am very grateful to Kim for taking the time to speak with me and share her perspective. Special thanks as well to Chrishawn Orange and to Schiller DuCanto & Fleck LLP for putting the entire interview together.
