Work with blind brings medal. One of Canada's pioneer radio hams, David S. Lloyd (rear), 67, aids Andy Kantor, an almost totally blind radio ham, at Kantor's Willowdale home. Lloyd has been awarded the Christopher Colubmus Gold Medal of the International Institute of Communications, in Genoa, Italy, for training blind radio operators. 1970 #communications #communicationskills
