Delivered with our client The Living Company, Timberyards is set to transform a former industrial site into a vibrant, people-focused neighbourhood in the Inner West, bringing together housing, workspaces, retail, and generous public domain. As one of Australia’s largest build-to-rent precincts, the project will deliver over 1,100 homes alongside new open space and community infrastructure, helping respond to the growing need for long-term, well-located rental housing in NSW.
