On June 12, we celebrate the groundbreaking of a new 5-story, 400-bed residence hall that will double on-campus housing capacity and elevate the student experience. The development will feature modern living spaces, collaborative study areas, student life offices, and a dedicated chapel—designed to foster connection, engagement, and community. Turner & Townsend Heery as Project Manager / Owner’s Representative, is honored to support the University in delivering this transformative project in collaboration with Corgan / Lawrence Group and Harvey Cleary Builders.
