Push for Excellence!    Colin Beisley Senior Estimator    1️⃣ How would you describe the people you work with?  📢 Everyone has their own unique approach to problems and finding solutions that work for both our internal and external clients. I'm impressed with their innovation, from a basic process step to a full-fledged main estimating sheet. The push for excellence by those around me is one of the things I look forward to seeing every day! 2️⃣ What attracted you to the construction industry?  📢 I come from a family of builders. My dad and most of my uncles are all in construction. I started helping out at a young age, and it grew from there. 3️⃣ Coolest project you’ve been a part of at Turner and why?  📢 I've been blessed to have worked on some really cool and fun projects! If I had to pick one, it would be the University Health Palo Alto Community Hospital here in San Antonio, Texas. That project had almost every aspect of preconstruction, presented several unique challenges, and was a great opportunity to engage with our community. 4️⃣ What sets Turner apart from the competition?  📢 We put our people first and allow the profit to stem from that.
