Social value in defence procurement isn't just a compliance exercise, it's a strategic opportunity🔑 In 2022, we helped the Ministry of Defence (Mod) embed social value across contracts, then worth around £9bn a year. 🔶 The challenge: multiple budget holders, numerous procurement agencies and an ambitious 10 percent tender value target tied to social value outcomes. 🤝 Our team integrated project management, management consulting, sustainability advisory and digital expertise.
