📍 Hamburg, 20 May.   A room full of people who have actually tried to solve water problems on real farms; researchers, farmers, advisors, innovation brokers from 25 EU Member States. 🌍🚜 💧  🎤 I gave an inspirational speech in the workshop on climate-resilient and less water-intensive crops, which meant bringing observations from our Hungarian farm network into a European conversation.   ❓ 💡 The questions from the room stayed with me more than I expected. Not "does your approach work?" but "how did you get farmers to move first?" and "what happened to the value chain when the crop mix changed?" Those are the questions that mean the conversation has arrived somewhere real.   📒 A full notebook and a long to-do list later.
