A blank canvas awaits After 7½ years, I’ve made the decision to step away from my role as Head of Portfolio Management and Business Development at NICO Asset Managers, a position that has meant a great deal to me. This chapter brought deep professional growth, meaningful relationships, and work I was genuinely passionate about. I had the privilege of engaging with a wide range of clients at critical moments in their journeys, helping them navigate complex financial decisions, find clarity, and move forward with confidence. That kind of work is rare, and I never took it for granted. I’m grateful for the opportunities, the challenges that shaped me, and the people I had the honour of working alongside. But I reached a point where I knew a real change was necessary; not just in role, but in direction. A chance to reset, reclaim ownership of my path, and intentionally design what comes next. Leaving something you care about is never easy. But staying still when you know it’s time to move isn’t growth, it’s comfort. I have no doubt that my passion for client service and helping people navigate their financial journeys will draw me back into this space. But first, I’m giving myself the space to be deliberate about how and where I show up next. As I step into this new chapter, I’m reflective, optimistic, and quietly excited. There’s a blank canvas ahead, and I intend to paint it with purpose, guided by faith. Here’s to new beginnings. 🙏
