What does it take for teams to truly collaborate successfully? 🤝 In our upcoming webinar, TUM Alumna Dr. Dr. Martina Kolb (Doctorate Life Sciences, 2024) shares practical approaches from the New Work movement to help teams reflect on and strengthen their collaboration. 💡 Together, you will explore key questions such as: – How are we currently working as a team? – What should we keep, and what should we change? – Where do we want to go next? Martina combines her academic background from TUM with her experience as a mediator and team coach.
