We are seeking a Mechanical or Chemical Engineer with 5–10+ years of experience in B2B industrial equipment sales, ideally with exposure to industrial parts cleaning, surface treatment, or similar manufacturing technologies. This role is ideal for someone who: - Has an active network within Automotive Tier 1 / Tier 2, CNC machining, or industrial manufacturing - Has managed project-based sales (€50K–€500K) - Can combine technical understanding with strong commercial drive - Is motivated to build a market from scratch with an entrepreneurial mindset You will own the full sales cycle, work closely with engineering teams, and play a key role in establishing the company’s footprint in Germany.
