𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁. What an intense and successful day at our 67th Annual General Meeting in Hanover. 📸 Key AGM updates: ✅ The TUI Annual General Meeting approved the return to a dividend. ✅ Starter dividend for fiscal year 2025 of €0.10 per share. ✅ From fiscal year 2026 onwards, a dividend of 10–20% of underlying EPS (earnings per share) will be distributed. ✅ All agenda items were approved by a large majority. 👏🏼 A big thank you to all colleagues who made this #TUIAGM possible – and to all shareholders who joined us today.
