Waste reduction is gaining momentum at TUI 🌍   Waste reduction has been a clear focus and of course an ongoing topic for us: From trial flights that reduced cabin waste at the #AviationChallenge, to inflight recycling now live at several UK airports, we’re turning intention into practical change. ♻️   Clear goals, better data and hands‑on audits help show where waste can be avoided and why small operational choices really matter. Because of this, we have set clear targets, aiming for a 6% food waste reduction this year, and 25% by 2030 at TUI Airline. ✈️   Because waste reduction isn’t owned by one team – it’s shaped by all of our colleagues. For example, our Engineering & Maintenance apprentices rolled up their sleeves for a litter pick and collected over 10 bags of rubbish, see pictures below. 👏
