Women in the Driver’s Seat of Engineering & Technology 🚀   On April 17, Eindhoven University of Technology's University Racing Eindhoven hosted a powerful Women in Tech event at the Automotive Campus to inspire women and girls to step into engineering and technology. In collaboration with Formula Student Team Delft and HyDriven, the event brought together female industry leaders who shared honest insights on navigating careers in tech alongside a standout panel featuring the female leads of all three student teams. Their message was clear: leading high-performance engineering teams is both challenging and rewarding but there’s still work to do to make the field more inclusive and accessible. Beyond the stage, the event also provided opportunities for networking with role models including our very own Isabelle Reymen who hosted one of 6 targeted mentoring sessions. More than inspiring, the day reinforced a critical truth: visibility drives change. Representation isn’t optional, it’s essential to building the future of engineering. Congratulations to the teams on an amazing inaugural event! 💬 What’s one concrete change that you think would make engineering more accessible for women and girls?
