𝗔 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿. After many years at NTT DATA Business Solutions the right moment has come to pause and say thank you as I close this chapter at year's end. I had the privilege of leading and developing an international PreSales team. Watching people grow, shaping responsibility together and building something across borders – it was both demanding and enriching. My thanks go to Christian Brink and Axel Futterleib for the trust and flexibility that made this journey possible. To Gokce Elci and Chris Gabriel for the energy, fun and conviction they brought to the ServiceNow topic. And personally to my former team – Katja Köhler, Evgenia Schuette, Vanessa Hudel, Charlotte M., Alena Raatz, Nor Wahida Abd Wahab, Vildan Kara, Maximilian F. Lenzing, Lars B., Ameya Rane – for the commitment, professionalism and collaboration that meant a lot to me! Special thanks to Welf Niedermeier for taking over and continuing the journey. I'm confident it will be great and I wish you all the best. Same goes for all the NDBS colleagues I couldn't mention here…you know it when you know it. 😉 SAP remains important to me and at the same time I'm expanding my focus to where operations meet AI and new business models. I'm looking forward to what's ahead. More on my next step in January 2026.
