250 Years of Building. Still Building. At TSSG Diversity, we've had the privilege of working alongside organizations building America's infrastructure and leadership for more than three decades. We wish everyone a safe and happy Independence Day. As we celebrate Independence Day and begin recognizing America's 250th anniversary, I'm reminded that every generation has been called upon to build something larger than itself. For some, it was laying railroads and highways. For others, it was expanding our electric grid, modernizing infrastructure, protecting our environment, or advancing new technologies. Today, that work continues. Across clean energy, engineering, environmental, manufacturing, and infrastructure, thousands of professionals are designing, constructing, maintaining, and strengthening the systems that will support the next generation. Progress has always depended on people willing to solve difficult problems, embrace innovation, and invest in the future. As someone who works with organizations building those teams every day, I'm grateful for the engineers, scientists, technicians, project managers, environmental professionals, skilled trades, and leaders whose work often happens behind the scenes—but whose impact is seen everywhere. As we celebrate this Independence Day, let's also celebrate the people continuing to build America's next chapter.
