Teaming up with a hydrogen peroxide supplier, TSMC employs carbon capture technology to recover and purify production tail gas, producing regenerated electronic-grade carbon dioxide that meets semiconductor manufacturing standards. Launched at Fab 14B in May 2026, this circular economy initiative will reduce annual carbon emissions by over 6,000 metric tons as it expands across our sites. Additionally, TSMC offers professional technical support and quality control guidance to enhance supplier skills.
