What if your next step toward an engineering career happened inside a working semiconductor fab?  Applications for the STIPT Program 2027 are now open.   Developed through collaboration between TSMC, TU Dresden, and partners in Saxony, STIPT gives students and early-career engineers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of the world’s most advanced semiconductor manufacturing environments in Taiwan.   Participants work alongside industry professionals, experience fab operations up close, and develop technical and cross-cultural experience within a global semiconductor ecosystem.   As past cohorts move forward, we’re already seeing how these experiences can open new opportunities and career pathways within the semiconductor industry.   Curious to learn more?
