These two acquisitions consolidate TSG’s expertise in electricity, gas and industrial energy services, reinforcing its capacity to support clients in the deployment of critical infrastructure across Europe. Powertek Utilities, headquartered in Glasgow, is a fast-growing UK provider of multi-utility EPC services with strong expertise in electric grid connection, EV charging and gas network upgrades. Van der Heijden Milieu- en installatietechniek B.V.
