Leadership exchange: Learning from NATO 🤝🌍 As part of the “Leadership Connect” program, which has been fostering exchange between NATO and Trützschler since 2025, we had the opportunity to visit NATO Air Base Geilenkirchen and continue the dialogue following their visit to our Mönchengladbach site earlier this year. The exchange between military and civilian leaders remains highly valuable. Engaging with an organization that operates daily in an environment defined by complexity and uncertainty offers fresh perspectives on resilience, decision-making, and effective collaboration across international teams. For us at Trützschler, this dialogue is a valuable opportunity to look beyond our own industry, reflect on leadership approaches, and gain new perspectives on collaboration and resilience – especially in times when uncertainty and complexity are increasing across many sectors.
