Close exchange at our Customer Day in Vietnam 🤝 This week, we kicked off our Customer Service Day in Vietnam at our valued customer Tra Ly Spinning – and were delighted to welcome numerous customers to an event full of exchange and collaboration. A special thank you to Madam Phuong, owner of Tra Ly Spinning, for welcoming us so warmly at her mill. As a token of our appreciation, we were honored to present her with a small gift.   Throughout the event, we had intensive and insightful discussions with our customers on how to address current challenges in the spinning industry. Together with Benjamin Mund (Regional Sales Manager Trützschler), and UMESH KALYANAPPA (Managing Director Trützschler Vietnam), we explored how Trützschler technologies and service solutions help to improve efficiency and long-term competitiveness. Our solutions – including the next-generation card TC 30i, the integrated draw frame IDF 3, the pre-cleaner CL-X, and the 12-head comber TCO 21XL – played a central role in these conversations, alongside smart approaches to modernization and retrofit.   Key topics of discussion: ✅ Reducing operating and energy costs ✅ Increasing productivity and yarn quality ✅ Smart solutions to lower labor requirements ✅ Upgrading existing machinery through modernization and retrofit packages   The program was complemented by a training session on card clothing solutions from Trützschler Card Clothing GmbH, led by Erwin Berner (Expert Area Sales Manager TCC) and dedicated service insights from our experts on optimizing installed equipment. A true highlight of the day was the mill tour at Tra Ly Spinning: participants experienced the TCO 21XL in live operation, explored our CL-X trial machine, and analyzed card clothing conditions directly under the microscope – making technology tangible and discussions even more practical.   It was a day full of new ideas, open dialogue, and valuable perspectives for the future of spinning.
