Game-changing performance with TC 30i at TATA Textile Mills 🚀 We’re proud to share outstanding results from TATA Textile Mills, one of Pakistan’s leading textile enterprises and part of TATA PAKISTAN. As part of this commitment, TATA Textile Mills recently installed the next-generation card TC 30i – and the results in daily production have exceeded their expectations. Processing 100% cotton for combed knitting yarn (Ne 30/1), the TC 30i delivers: ✅ 50% higher productivity – increase from 80 kg/h to 120 kg/h ✅ Up to 50% lower IPI – even at the higher production level ✅ Reduced energy consumption ✅ Lower carding waste levels The feedback from the mill speaks for itself: the performance achieved already has a significant impact on their production economics. Based on their experience, the team at TATA Textile Mills describes the TC 30i as a true “game changer.” What’s behind this success? The TC 30i is equipped with the only proven automatic gap optimizer T-GO, enabling extremely precise carding gap settings and demonstrating its value in several thousand customer operations worldwide. A sophisticated waste suction system allows more than 50% of card waste to be reused at high quality, while proven WASTECONTROL system minimizes unnecessary fiber loss.
