Keerthi Nalabotu just joined True as our first AI Builder in Residence, working on the systems, workflows, and automations that help our investment team move faster and operate with more leverage. She’s approaching the work the way great builders do: by starting with the real cadence of early-stage investing—quick pattern recognition, constant context-switching, and high-trust collaboration—and then designing systems that fit those rhythms. Keerthi is a UC San Diego graduate and a longtime community builder. At UCSD, she led the builder community—organizing hackathons, running demo days, and bringing together hundreds of students to turn early ideas into real projects. Welcome to Team True, Keerthi.
