We just wrapped up two days of knowledge sharing and great conversations at Accelerate Tomorrow, alongside a number of Germany's leading companies. Our CTO, Ioannis Papadopoulos, gave a keynote speech about how we are accelerating AI diffusion and building a 10x organization.๐Ÿš€ Giving attendees a preview of trivago's AI Playbook, our living framework that guiding our 600 employees to deliver the impact of 6,000. Throughout the summit, it became clear that our hypotheses and strategies are not only on point, but also strongly aligned with what the most progressive organizations are discovering on their own AI transformation journeys. Here are some of our highlights: ๐ŸŽฏ Tools alone โ‰  AI transformation. Mindset and culture are the foundation. You can't ship another tool and hope for the best. The organizations that will succeed are those that bring their people along on the journeyโ€”and at trivago, we're committed to ensuring no talent gets left behind. ๐Ÿ”„ We must rethink how we work. The question is no longer "How do I become more efficient with AI?" It's rather "What should this work look like now that AI is involved?" That requires reimagining workflows from the ground up, not just AI-assisted work, but AI-powered systems that free us to focus on knowledge and creativity-intensive tasks. โš™๏ธ Think in systems, not just tools. Redesigning work is only half of the equation. We believe systems thinking is what separates sustainable transformation from costly chaos. Disconnected AI experiments, no matter how clever they are individually, don't scale. Building isolated solutions across teams prevents agents from connecting, creates compliance gaps, and wastes resources. We're building shared infrastructure instead: reusable skills libraries, connected agent frameworks, and organization-wide platforms where capabilities can be leveraged across teams. It's the difference between burning tokens and building leverage. ๐ŸŽฏ Don't confuse AI activity with AI value. High adoption doesn't equal high efficiency gains. The strategic move is in identifying where AI creates the most impact and pursuing real, measurable value there first. ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Human oversight remains vital. AI augments human judgment; it doesn't replace it. Without human oversight and critical thinking in the loop, transformation fails. Full stop. ๐Ÿ“š Learning is now strategic work. Learning is no longer adjacent to work, it IS work. Upskilling is a strategic imperative, not an extra task. Equally important: documenting learning and sharing knowledge across teams. Because collective learning compounds speed. Thank you to the Accelerate Tomorrow team, especially to Till Schmid and Stefano Brunelli. It was a pleasure for us to take part and exchange on this stage. #trivago #AITransformation #strategy #Acceleratetomorrow
