Flokk acquires Spec Furniture Inc. in Canada, strengthening its North American presence, which now represents close to half of the company’s overall revenues. The acquisition marks Flokk’s first significant expansion in Canada while also providing access to the growing healthcare segment. Spec Furniture serves four core contract furniture segments across the United States and Canada: healthcare, education, corporate, and behavioural health. Under Triton Partners’ ownership, Flokk has evolved from a Nordic player into an international leader, serving blue‑chip clients globally as a provider of total seating solutions.
