We chose to focus GNAK on the 15% because, in truth, they were there from the beginning. They are the reason I created GNAK in the first place. The people who refuse to separate performance from meaning. Who challenge the status quo without turning it into a posture. Who care deeply, think sharply, act boldly, and expect the work to move something real. Over the past fifteen years, they have been clients, partners, allies, friends. Sometimes demanding. Often impatient. Always inspiring. They are the ones who made me believe that another kind of consulting was possible: more human, more courageous, more useful, more alive. So this is not a repositioning towards a market segment. It is a return to the people who have shaped us from day one. Some of them have been walking this path with us for years. Some opened doors.
