A group of our Year 5 and 6 students sat down with Robert Molhoek MP to share the speeches they’d been preparing for the upcoming Queensland Youth Parliament in Brisbane. They talked through their ideas, received thoughtful feedback and gained a clearer picture of how Parliament operates. A nice full-circle moment too, with Rob sharing that his children also attended Trinity 💚 This is the kind of learning that sticks. When students can see how their ideas connect to the real world, leadership stops being a concept and starts becoming something they practise.
