Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, General Ledger) • Monitor and analyze production costs, inventory, and variances • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting • Supervise payroll processing and compliance • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control • Ensure compliance with government regulations and tax requirements • Conduct regular reconciliation of inventory, sales, and cash flows • Strengthen internal controls related to bakery production and store operations • Lead and develop the accounting team ✅ Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field • At least 3–5 years experience in a managerial accounting role • Experience in food, retail, or bakery industry is highly preferred • Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost accounting • Familiar with POS systems, payroll systems, and financial software • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills • Proven leadership and team management skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.
