🏆 #Bacciarellego54 residential estate wins a prestigious award in the “Beautiful Wrocław” competition! We are delighted to announce that our Wrocław development has received the 3rd prize (ex aequo) in the multi-family residential building category in the 33rd edition of this renowned architectural competition. The event is organized by the City of Wrocław Wroclaw [Wroclove], and the awards were presented during an official gala at the Museum of Architecture. Bacciarellego 54 has held special significance for us from the very beginning - it is our first residential development completed on the Polish market. When designing the estate on the green Wielka Wyspa (Big Island), we focused on creating 14 intimate, three-storey buildings. Our goal was to achieve a balance between urban comfort and proximity to nature, which is why we placed strong emphasis on high-quality green spaces and the unique riverside setting 🌿🏙️ This distinction confirms that our approach to creating sustainable, livable, and resident-focused communities is recognized by the expert jury. This success would not have been possible without the dedication of our entire team and partners.
