May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we spent the entire month showing up for ourselves and each other. What we did: Week 1: Wear Green Wednesday. The team wore green, shared photos, and named one thing that brings them joy or peace. Small moments of reflection that remind us we're not alone in prioritizing mental health. Week 2: EAP Spotlight. We highlighted our Employee Assistance Program, free confidential support available 24/7 for counseling, stress, anxiety, relationships, financial concerns, and more. Not just for crises. For everyday life. Week 3: Guided Virtual Meditation. A 15-minute judgment-free session led by McKayla Frankland. Cameras off, beginner-friendly, mid-week reset. Because taking 15 minutes for yourself isn't a luxury, it's maintenance. Week 4: Tips from Coworkers. We asked the team: "What's one thing you do to take care of your mental health?" The answers ranged from lifting heavy weights to playing video games, daily yoga to long walks with dogs, singing to softball, sleep to coffee with cameras off.
