Building a strong culture of collaboration is one of the most important (and most difficult) foundations for transformation.🤝 In a recent interview, Stefan Palmgren, Head of Group Production & Logistics at TRATON and Executive Vice President, Production and Logistics at International, reflects on what it actually takes to make cross-brand collaboration work. Not just in theory, but on the factory floor: "Launching the TRATON Modular System is a difficult task. But arguably the hardest part is cultivating a culture of collaboration." 🏭 Drawing on more than four decades in production and logistics, including a central role in developing the Scania Production System in the 1990s, Palmgren knows that shared processes and tools only go so far. The real work is cultural: "The foundation for good collaboration is, first and foremost, that we share the vision outlined in the TRATON Way Forward. It truly is the glue that binds our collaboration."🎯 That means clarity of mission, common operational principles, and leaders who coach the process every day, not just set the direction: "For this to happen, leadership is absolutely crucial. We must be open, honest, and transparent. The 'soft' issues are very important. Beyond that, it's about genuine commitment and living by the principles every day."🚀 #TRATONGROUP #TRATONModularSystem #Leadership #Collaboration #OperationalExcellence
