We’ve been getting a lot of questions from teams evaluating Transync AI Enterprise — especially around user invites, billing, usage limits, stability, and compliance. Here’s a quick Q&A to clarify. Q1: How many employees can I invite to an organization? Is there a limit? A: There’s no limit on how many members you can invite to your organization. Q2: If I pay for “Enterprise,” can I invite everyone under one company payment? Or do I pay per invited user? A: Billing is per member, but payment is centralized at the organization level. Once a member joins your organization, the subscription fee is automatically charged from your company’s prepaid balance — no need for individual payments per person. Q3: What does each member get? What’s the price and monthly usage? A: Each member is $24.99/month, which includes 40 hours/month of usage (automatically resets monthly). If a member exceeds 40 hours in a month, overage is charged at $0.70/hour, deducted from the organization balance. Q4: Can we split one pool of hours across multiple users (e.g., 5 users sharing the same 40 hours)? A: Currently, we don’t support shared time pooling across users. Each user has their own monthly allocation and cost. Q5: How many people can use it at the same time? Will it be stable if many employees are translating simultaneously? A: The Enterprise Edition is designed for teams and concurrent usage. Multiple employees can use Transync AI at the same time without affecting system stability, even with larger organizations and higher usage volume. Q6: What can an admin monitor in Enterprise? A: Organization admins can review billing and usage in the Enterprise settings, including member-level usage visibility and overall account spend. Q7: Do you offer volume discounts? A: Yes — when usage reaches certain thresholds, the system can automatically apply discounts.
