We’ve been working with NSW Government to make the process relating to unpaid tolls in New South Wales simpler and easier for motorists. Phasing in from July this year, we’ll be switching off Toll Notice Administration Fees in NSW and, to make life even easier for Sydneysiders, we’re ditching slow paper toll notices and moving to quick digital notifications (where contact details are available). If you happen to miss a toll, you’ll get an Unpaid Toll Reminder via email / SMS within a few days of your trip. This helps you sort things out much sooner before they escalate, while also saving millions of pieces of paper being posted every year. To make sure you don’t miss out on these new digital updates, check that your vehicle registration and contact details are up to date via your Service NSW account.
