TII’s Network Management team recently hosted a two-day Asset Management Workshop with colleagues from the Danish Road Directorate (DRD), bringing together four DRD representatives with over 15 TII specialists and technical advisors to share knowledge and best practices. The workshop explored a wide range of topics including asset condition assessment, GIS and decision-support systems, maintenance strategy development, optimisation modelling, climate adaptation, drainage management, and emerging data technologies. 🤝The event provided a valuable opportunity to exchange experience, discuss common challenges, and identify future opportunities for collaboration in delivering data-driven, resilient and sustainable road asset management.
