🎉TII is delighted to announce the achievement of Investors in Diversity Bronze Accreditation from the Irish Centre for Diversity, marking an important milestone in its commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). ​ The Investors in Diversity accreditation is a nationally recognised benchmark that assesses how organisations are embedding diversity and inclusion through their policies, leadership, communications and workplace practices. Achieving Bronze demonstrates that TII has established a solid framework to support an inclusive workplace culture and has shown a clear commitment to ensuring all employees are treated with dignity, fairness and respect. ​ ​ This achievement is a significant step forward in delivering on TII’s commitment to fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and supported. It also provides a strong platform from which we can continue to develop our EDI programme and work towards future accreditation levels.
