🎉 Board Appointments Announcement 🎉 Transmax is delighted to welcome Vinnie D'Alessandro and Iyari Cevallos as non‑executive directors to the Transmax Board. Both appointments commenced in March 2026 and are for a three‑year term through to 31 March 2029. Vinnie and Iyari join Catherine Black (Chair) and John Frazer on the Transmax Board, leading the organisation in the modernisation of the STREAMS platform and progress into a new era of sustainable growth, and innovation for our customers. Vinnie brings more than 25 years of experience across fintech, technology, artificial intelligence and digital transformation. He is currently Co‑Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Profenso AI and also serves as a Director of FinTech Australia, Co‑Founder and Director of Gifting Owl, and Founder and Director of Raishio. His expertise in technology‑enabled transformation and innovation will be a strong asset as Transmax continues to evolve. Iyari is a highly respected, values‑driven leader with over 20 years of experience spanning management consulting, technology, government and energy infrastructure. A Director of Núcleo Group, she has led strategy, digital transformation and governance initiatives across ASX100 companies and government‑owned entities. Iyari is also Chair of Women in Technology and a strong advocate for equity and inclusive leadership, which strongly aligns with Transmax’s principles. Both appointees shared their enthusiasm for joining the Board. Vinnie looks forward to contributing to Transmax’s strategic priorities and innovation agenda, and Iyari is excited to support strong governance and sustainable, inclusive growth at a pivotal time for the organisation.
