This year’s theme, Balance the Scales, reminds us that every woman and girl deserves to be safe, heard, and free to shape her own future. Yet many still face discrimination, gender‑based violence, and systemic barriers that limit opportunity. These barriers aren’t inevitable—they’re built, and together, we can dismantle them. Equality isn’t about advantage; it’s about dignity, safety, and fairness for all. When women and girls stand equal, communities and workplaces thrive. We’re proud that women make up 50% of our Executive team, we have a female Chair, and 44% of our Senior Leadership team are women.
