Still running project logistics in Excel? That works… right up until one missing part stops a crane. In project logistics, a crane isn’t one shipment. It’s dozens (sometimes hundreds) of components moving at the same time, via different carriers, to different locations — all needing to arrive in the right order. Most teams try to manage that with spreadsheets. The result? No live overview, late surprises, and a lot of manual chasing.
