If you want to see how competitive a Quality Assurance team really is, hide two Golden Eggs in the office. Last week in Porto, our interdepartmental Easter egg hunt escalated so quickly that organizers had to run out and buy a second batch of chocolate mid-event. 🏃‍♂️💨 But what happens when half your workforce is remote? You don’t leave them out. You adapt the game. Over in the Philippines, we ran a hybrid celebration. We engineered digital "WAHcky" egg drops for our Work-At-Home crew to spot on their screens, alongside the physical scavenger hunts in the office.
