On this World Day for Safety & Health at Work, we reaffirm our commitment to strengthening a proactive #SafetyCulture across TAP and our contractor organisations, where safety, health and well‑being are shared responsibilities, and where people are at the centre of everything we do. The 2026 theme, “Good psychosocial working environments: A pathway to thriving workers and strong organisations”, highlights the importance of mentally healthy, well‑designed and supportive workplaces, recognising that psychosocial risks are real occupational hazards that must be identified, assessed and managed, just like physical risks. At TAP, we promote a working environment that supports both physical safety and mental well‑being.
