This summer, we were proud to host Heavy Metal Summer Experience (HMSE) campers at our Bellevue office to explore opportunities in the HVAC industry. Through hands-on learning and real-world exposure, we got a firsthand look at these future trades leaders in action. During Bellevue’s HMSE event, campers got an introduction to thermal energy storage at the sales office before visiting the Microsoft Campus to tour its Thermal Energy Center (TEC). It’s been a privilege to partner with Hermanson Company on this initiative over the past two years, allowing us to continue investing in the workforce of tomorrow.
