We are pleased to share that TPA Romania’s team, coordinated by Daniela Zar and Cristina Petrescu, acted as tax and financial advisor to SCF I Star Capital Finance in connection with its acquisition of two NEST retail parks in Romania from RC Europe. The transaction, valued at nearly Euro 40 million, marks SCF’s entry into the Romanian market and adds NEST Miercurea Ciuc and NEST Moinești to its CEE portfolio. For SCF, this is an important step in its regional expansion. For the Romanian market, it is another signal that well-positioned retail assets, with strong occupancy and solid tenant mix, continue to attract regional capital.
