This year’s Choose Your Own Adventure sessions at the TFA ALIGN convention gave our people the opportunity to explore topics that support both business performance and personal growth. From Business Initiative Deep Dive to Personal Development Plan sessions for individuals and people leaders, the breakout program created valuable opportunities for learning, reflection and practical discussion. These sessions helped connect enterprise priorities with day-to-day work, while also supporting our people to grow with clarity and purpose. Creating space for development conversations is an important part of how we invest in our people and build alignment across the organisation.
