Recently, the Domain team came together at the Lewisham Head Office St Vincent de Paul Society NSW, better known as Vinnies, for their annual volunteer day.  ‌ On the day, the team supported the Vinnies Van. This is more than a mobile service; it offers compassion, connection, and dignity to people experiencing hardship every day. It also provides a pathway into broader support programs such as housing assistance, health and welfare referrals, and services designed to help people rebuild their lives. Throughout the day, our team rolled up their sleeves and contributed to a range of meaningful activities, including preparing and assembling 300 sandwiches and 300 fruit bowls, washing vehicles, cleaning, creating sweet bags, coffee/tea packs and preparing toiletry bags for distribution. It was a rewarding experience for everyone involved—and a powerful reminder of the difference we can make when we come together in service of our community.
