National Reconciliation Week | All in for Reconciliation National Reconciliation Week is a time to reflect, learn and act. At Toyota Finance Australia, we recognise that reconciliation is a shared responsibility that belongs to all of us. This year’s theme, “All in for Reconciliation,” reminds us of our responsibility to contribute to a more just and inclusive Australia. As Lucas Donald, Vice President Support Services and RAP Sponsor, shares: “Progress in reconciliation comes when we listen, learn and allow truth to guide how we move forward together. When we are all in,  as colleagues, leaders and community partners, we help build a more equitable future for everyone.” We acknowledge the ongoing impacts of intergenerational trauma and inequality experienced by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Through our community initiatives, including providing laptops to First Nations high school students in need, we aim to support young people to reach their potential. This National Reconciliation Week, we encourage everyone to reflect on the role they play in advancing reconciliation because when we are all in, we move forward together.
