This month, the Toyota Boshoku America, Inc. (TBA) Toastmasters Club was honored with the Corporate Club Recognition Award from Toastmasters International at our Novi, MI Technical Center. This prestigious award recognizes organizations that demonstrate outstanding, long-term support for employee development through Toastmasters clubs. We’re especially proud that TBA Toastmasters is one of only two Corporate Clubs in District 28 (which covers southeast Michigan, northwest Ohio and southwest Ontario) to receive this honor, and the award is presented just once every four years per district! The club is made up of team members from across the company who are dedicated to improving their public speaking, communication and leadership skills in a supportive environment. Congratulations to everyone involved!
